Coconut/olive oil
Garlic (1 clove)

Over and over again. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Then separate the cauliflower into pieces and dip them into a mixture according to the following recipe. Do not throw away the lower stalk leaves.
02It is simple. Mix together oil, crushed garlic, soya sauce, Tahini paste, salt, black pepper and herbs and spices. Coat each piece of cauliflower as well as the lower stalk leaves with this mixture.
03Spread the coated cauliflower pieces and leaves on a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle slightly with oil before putting in the oven.
04Watch out for golden colour of the cauliflower and the leaves, it will not take long.
05Serve sprinkled with seeds. Ideal as a side dish with meat, especially red meat.
