1 small sweet potato
2 medium potatoes
1 teaspoon of ground red paprika
2 vegan sausages
½ an avocado
½ salad cucumber
6–8 cherry tomatoes
2 heads of iceberg lettuce
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
Freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard
Cook the bulgur according to the instructions.
02Cut the sweet potato and potatoes into smaller pieces, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with paprika, and bake until golden brown (about 25 minutes at 200°C).
03Fry the vegan sausages in a pan.
04Tear the iceberg lettuce, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix everything with the yogurt and season with pepper.
05Mash the avocado and add a pinch of pepper.
06Arrange everything into a bowl – bulgur, roasted vegetables, sausages, vegetable salad, avocado, mustard, kimchi, and pour over the Luggi.
07Enjoy your meal.
