1 tempeh
½ can of coconut milk
Coconut oil
Zucchini
Mushrooms
2 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
3 vine tomatoes
4 tbsp of tahini paste
Soya sauce
Salt, black pepper, ground red paprika
Herbs
Heat the spring onions with garlic on the coconut oil. Add dices of tempeh, zucchini and mushrooms. Season with salt, black pepper and sprinkle with ground red paprika. Add herbs and let rest. Meanwhile prepare tahini paste with soya sauce (1 tsp).
02In this phase add the diced tomatoes and tahini paste with soya sauce.
03Stir and add coconut milk.
04Add the boiled gnocchi into the sauce in the pan and season as you wish.
05Warm up everything and serve immediately.
