1 teaspoon of kebab spice
Freshly ground pepper
Juice from ½ a lemon
100 g of bulgur
½ courgette
1 small broccoli
1–2 tomatoes
Heart of romaine lettuce
1 teaspoon of ghee (or other fat for frying)
Rub the salmon with miso paste, sprinkle with spices, pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.
02Bake in the oven at 180°C with hot air for approximately 15–20 minutes.
03Meanwhile, cook the bulgur according to the instructions.
04Cut the zucchini and broccoli into pieces and briefly sauté in ghee.
05Serve the salmon with bulgur, warm vegetables, and a fresh tomato salad.
06Enjoy your meal.
