Miso Salmon with Bulgur and Vegetables

Ingredients

2 portions:

2 portions of fresh salmon

1 teaspoon of kebab spice

Freshly ground pepper

Juice from ½ a lemon

100 g of bulgur

½ courgette

1 small broccoli

1–2 tomatoes

Heart of romaine lettuce

1 teaspoon of ghee (or other fat for frying)

Instructions

Rub the salmon with miso paste, sprinkle with spices, pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Bake in the oven at 180°C with hot air for approximately 15–20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the bulgur according to the instructions.

Cut the zucchini and broccoli into pieces and briefly sauté in ghee.

Serve the salmon with bulgur, warm vegetables, and a fresh tomato salad.
