2 tbsp of oil
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
Nutmeg
Himalayan salt
Pink pepper
Cayenne pepper
1 smaller carrot
1 small pumpkin
Vegetable broth
Parsley
1 pack of hummus "original"
Heat up the oil in a pan and saute the onion, garlic and then add a pinch of grated nutmeg and a few pieces of pink and cayenne pepper.
02In this foundation fry the pumpkin and the carrot, add the fresh parsley, salt and pour in the vegetable broth.
03Depending on the size of the pumpkin let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
04Take away from the heat and mix until smooth.
05In the final phase add the pack of hummus, stir with a spoon and mix again.
