Spring Egg Spread with Yumchi Sauce

Ingredients

1 pack of cottage cheese

2 hard-boiled eggs

salt to taste

Instructions

Chop the eggs and mix them with the other ingredients. You can also blend the spread to your desired consistency.

We recommend serving the spread on toast made from sourdough bread or a baguette. Don't forget to rub it with fresh garlic and sprinkle the bread with fresh sprouts and green microgreens (mungo, beluga, radish) or spring onion.
