A crispy cheese flatbread made from cottage cheese and Edam is a great base for a quick dinner or a hearty snack. Preparation takes just a few minutes – the oven does the rest.
200 g cottage cheese
200 g grated Edam cheese
For the topping:ham
Chorizo
For the dip:cream cheese Lučina
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
02Mix the cottage cheese with the grated Edam.
03Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a flatbread.
04Bake for approximately 35 minutes until golden and crispy.
05Meanwhile, prepare the dip by mixing the cream cheese Lučina with Yumchi sauce.
06Spread the dip over the finished flatbread and top with ham, chorizo, and chopped kimchi.
