Cottage Flatbread with Kimchi and Cream Cheese Dip with Yumchi

A crispy cheese flatbread made from cottage cheese and Edam is a great base for a quick dinner or a hearty snack. Preparation takes just a few minutes – the oven does the rest.

Ingredients

For the flatbread:

200 g cottage cheese

200 g grated Edam cheese

For the topping:

ham

Chorizo

For the dip:

cream cheese Lučina

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Mix the cottage cheese with the grated Edam.

Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a flatbread.

Bake for approximately 35 minutes until golden and crispy.

Meanwhile, prepare the dip by mixing the cream cheese Lučina with Yumchi sauce.

Spread the dip over the finished flatbread and top with ham, chorizo, and chopped kimchi.
