More info1 slice of sourdough bread
approximately 40 g of fresh goat cheese
a handful of rocket leaves (about 10 g)
1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon of olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Cut a slice of sourdough bread and place it on the work surface.
02Use a fork to spread fresh goat cheese on the top side of the bread and evenly distribute it across the entire surface.
03Add fermented red beetroot Beavia to the cheese, top with fresh arugula, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
04Drizzle the whole slice with olive oil. To taste, you can add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
05Enjoy your meal.
