More info2 burger buns
2 slices of cheddar
leaves of iceberg lettuce
approximately 300 g of quality ground beef (ideally with a higher fat content, e.g. 80/20)
a spoonful of rapeseed oil
3-4 cl mayonnaise (or possibly soy mayonnaise)
First, prepare the Yumchi mayonnaise. Mix high-quality mayonnaise (you can also use soy mayonnaise) with 1 teaspoon of Yumchi Beavia. Mix thoroughly.
02We shape the ground meat into two thicker burger patties. In a pan with a little oil, cook them on both sides until golden – they will stay nicely juicy.
03We'll spread a generous amount of Yumchi mayonnaise on the burger bun. Next, we'll add lettuce leaves, slices of toasted tofu, and a slice of Cheddar cheese. Finally, we'll include a good serving of probiotics in the form of Kimchi. It's up to you whether you choose the spicy or mild variety.
04TIP! Leftover mayonnaise can also be used as a dip, for example for vegetable fries, which go perfectly with a burger!
05Enjoy your meal.
