2 slices of cheddar
leaves of iceberg lettuce
about 200 g of marinated tofu (ideally smoked or seasoned, sliced into strips)
1 tablespoon of oil
First, prepare the Yumchi mayonnaise. In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp of mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon of Yumchi Beavia sauce. Mix everything well.
02We slice the tofu lengthwise into pieces. In a pan with a little oil, we fry it until golden brown on both sides.
03We split the burger buns in half and briefly toast them in a pan. Spread a layer of Yumchi mayonnaise on the bottom half, add iceberg lettuce leaves, grilled tofu, and a slice of cheddar. Finally, add a portion of kimchi – spicy or mild, according to your taste.
04TIP: Yumchi mayonnaise is also great as a dip for baked potatoes or vegetable fries.
