60 ml of olive oil
10 g ground almonds
11 g unsalted peanuts
5 g of white sesame
5 g of black sesame
juice from 1/2 lime
Place all ingredients except the sesame into a blender and blend thoroughly until smooth.
02Finally, mix in the white and black sesame seeds.
03Store in a jar in the fridge, ideally consume within 5 days.
04Ideal for 4–5 servings of salad or bowl.
