Yumchi with butter

Instructions

Leave the butter to soften at room temperature so that it is easy to spread.

In the bowl, add butter and add Yumchi sauce.

Using a whisk or mixer, beat everything thoroughly until the two ingredients are perfectly combined and a smooth mixture forms.

Transfer the prepared butter to a bowl or wrap it in cling film and shape it into a log.

Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour, so the butter firms up and the flavours meld beautifully.

Great for fresh pastries, grilled meat, vegetables, or as a seasoning for dishes!
