Hot dog with sauerkraut and Yumchi mayonnaise

Ingredients

2 pcs of hot dog rolls

2 pcs of quality sausages or hot dogs

1 small onion

a little oil for frying

4 pickle sour cucumber wheels

Instructions

We heat up the hot dogs or sausages in water or briefly fry them in a pan.

We finely chop the onions and sauté them until golden brown in a little oil.

Cut the rolls lengthwise and warm them up on a dry pan.

For each roll, insert a sausage, add Beavia Sauerkraut, cucumber, and fried onion.

Add Yumchi mayonnaise (mayonnaise mixed with Beavia Yumchi sauce to taste, ideally in a ratio of 3 parts mayonnaise to 1 part Yumchi) on top and serve.
