Kimchi is a fermented salad from Napa cabbage. It is Korean national delicacy that Koreans have been consuming for more than 2000 years, most often with rice.
About the product
Unpasteurized – the product naturally ferments. A bulging lid is a natural result of fermentation.
Kimchi Apple contains Lactobacillus with at least 10⁵ CFU/g.
Made from fresh vegetables, without added preservatives, colorings, or sugar.

We process top quality raw materials in the simplest way.
Production is our passion. Peeling, cleaning, slicing and mixing are done with care and attention to detail. Each week, we process large volumes of vegetables in our own facility in Všechlapy near Benešov, using modern jar-filling technology. Our products are made with no added preservatives and no added sugar. During the season, we source vegetables from Czech farmers; in the off-season, we carefully select them from European growers.
